Life Cycle Analysis or Assessments  are investigations into products that ask one to consider the whole life of a product from its design, production, distribution and use to its final disposal.

Stage 3 students have been considering their own consumption styles and will be investigating a range of common products such as mobile phones, jeans and plastic water bottles.

Exercises we have done in class have already resulted in interesting conversations about privilege and materialism! The words of one student "We need to think about where all out things will go .... and where they came from" - perfectly encapsulates our unit.
